A Pre-Ceremony Adventure at Punta Sur on Isla Mujeres for Allison + Damon

Before Allison and Damon exchanged vows in their intimate, private beach ceremony on Isla Mujeres, coordinated by Isla Mujeres Elopements, we spent some time exploring the island’s south point, Punta Sur, for a pre-ceremony couple’s session. This stunning location, with its dramatic cliffs and panoramic ocean views, was the perfect place to capture their love in the moments leading up to their destination micro wedding on the island.

Although neither Allison nor Damon had been to Isla Mujeres before, they had fallen in love with the island through breathtaking photos they’d seen online. Punta Sur, in particular, stood out to them as the ideal backdrop for their pre-wedding photos. As we wandered along the cliffs, the ocean waves crashing below us, it was clear that this spot was everything they had imagined and more.

As the pre-ceremony session came to a close, we made our way to their ceremony site, where they would soon say "I do" surrounded by their closest loved ones. Their private beach ceremony was full of emotion, and I’m so honored to have been there to document such a special day.
